Fixed fees from $700 for a simple Will, $1,000 for a simple couple's Wills, and $3,000 for a single Will with Testamentary Trust (all ex-GST). Complex Wills (including rights of residence, protective trusts, or extensive specific gifts) are $1,000 single and $1,300 couple. You'll always receive a written fixed-fee quote before we start - nothing billed on an hourly rate.

Legally, no - but the cost of fixing a DIY will after the fact almost always exceeds what you'd have paid for a properly drafted one. Will kits miss common issues around superannuation beneficiaries, executor powers, and witnessing requirements. A lawyer-drafted will pays for itself in family protection.

For most clients, typically 2 weeks from our first meeting. Simple wills can be finalised sooner if time is urgent (after surgery, before travel). Complex estates with trusts or business interests typically take 3 to 4 weeks.
