A careful, succession-focused practice in Adelaide.
Rosewood Succession Solicitors is a sole-principal practice founded by Sam Michele - a succession lawyer who believes families deserve the same level of attention from their estate planner that a senior partner at a large firm would give a blue-chip client.

The approach
Sam believes a smaller, focused firm can deliver a better, more personal service, with a higher level of expertise and focus than a generalist practice doing succession work on the side. Rosewood Succession Solicitors was founded on that principle.
Before founding Rosewood Succession, Sam trained and practised at a large mid-tier firm operating across South Australia, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland. That experience shaped two beliefs. First, that succession law done well requires a very specific kind of attention: legal precision in drafting, combined with warmth in the conversation. Second, that smaller practices with deep subject-matter focus are often better placed to deliver both.
The practice is deliberately focused. Every client deals directly with Sam - no paralegals preparing wills, no rotating associates running EPA appointments. The same person who reads your situation, listens to your concerns, and drafts your documents is the same person who witnesses your signing. Rosewood Succession only takes on succession matters: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance care directives, and business succession planning.

The rosewood tree represents legacy, strength, and the patina that only comes with time - qualities we bring to estate planning work. It also deliberately steps away from the generic corporate-law feel of most succession firms.
Every client deals directly with Sam - no paralegals, no rotating associates, no handing work off. Responses are personal, matters are handled from start to finish by the same person, and the fees reflect the efficiency of a focused practice.
Adelaide families planning for the next generation, business owners thinking about succession, older clients updating long-standing plans, blended families with complex structures, and anyone who wants a careful, personal advisor rather than a generalist.
