Before founding Rosewood Succession, Sam trained and practised at a large mid-tier firm operating across South Australia, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland. That experience shaped two beliefs. First, that succession law done well requires a very specific kind of attention: legal precision in drafting, combined with warmth in the conversation. Second, that smaller practices with deep subject-matter focus are often better placed to deliver both.
The practice is deliberately focused. Every client deals directly with Sam - no paralegals preparing wills, no rotating associates running EPA appointments.
