Protect what matters most - with a plan that fits your family.
Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives, and business succession - drafted with care, explained in plain English, and quoted at a fixed fee before you commit.
Estate planning shouldn’t feel confusing or rushed.
Four common situations that bring families to Rosewood Succession.
You don't have a Will - or yours is out of date
Marriage, divorce, children, new property, a business - any of these changes your Will. Most Australians' plans are years behind their circumstances.
Blended families or vulnerable beneficiaries
A straightforward Will isn't enough. Testamentary Trusts, rights of residence, and protective clauses need someone who handles these every day.
Elderly parents, ageing partners, or NDIS planning
EPAs, ACDs, and Special Disability Trusts take thought. Home visits across Adelaide mean we sit with you or your family at the kitchen table.
You don't know how, or if, your business will survive a succession event
The single biggest threat to what you've built is what happens if you die, become incapacitated, or want to exit. We plan for each of those deliberately.
Succession law, focused exclusively.
Every matter we take on is in succession, estate, or trust law. It’s the only kind of work we do - which means every client benefits from deep experience in the specific issue in front of them.

Every client deals with Sam. No paralegals, no rotating associates.
Sam founded Rosewood Succession Solicitors after practising at a large mid-tier firm operating across SA, WA, NT and QLD. He believes a smaller, focused firm can deliver a better, more personal service with a higher level of expertise and focus than a generalist practice doing succession work on the side.
The result: every matter is handled start to finish by the same person, responses are personal, and fees reflect the efficiency of a focused practice rather than a generalist firm doing succession work on the side.
Three steps to protected.
We make the process as simple as we can without glossing over what matters.

Sam did wills for my extended family and he was not only lovely to deal with, but efficient and very knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my family and friends to him.
A succession plan for everything you’ve built.
Most small business succession plans exist as a conversation that never got written down. We turn it into proper documents - buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements, business transfer clauses in your will, and a roadmap that coordinates with your accountant.
- Buy-sell agreements funded by insurance
- Shareholder agreements with deadlock and exit clauses
- Family business succession across generations
- Business transfer clauses inside your will
